Once you have registered for the WCC meet  thru the USAG site you will receive an acknowledgement of your registration request by email and an invoice.  A $200 deposit is required  to  confirm your gyms' registration. Final invoice payment is due no later than Dec. 1st 2025.

General refund requests must be received by Dec. 1st.  Exception refund requests must be received by Dec 20th with Doctors note.  Refunds will be processed ASAP and no later than March 15th. 

Competitor t-shirts will be distributed to team coaches. The size will be based on what your son's coach provided prior to the meet. 

We accept cash only: We do not have credit card processor for this event this year.

Public must use available street parking, which is abundant. Do not park in the parking lots of the neighboring businesses.  There is limited parking behind WCOGA which is reserved for Coaches and Judges.
